The John Challis Courage for Life Foundation's main objective is to provide high school student-athletes with life-threatening illnesses an opportunity to be involved with sporting events in an effort to support and encourage them to overcome their respective ailments.

Launch fundraising promotional campaigns to enable our cause.

Enable high school athletes to experience life encouraging sporting experiences.

To be qualify for a CFL experience, the student must: 

Be a high school athlete who has survived a life threatening illness.

Have a doctor’s notarized confirmation of that illness.

Complete the entire application on the "Fullfilling a Wish" page.
